Ahmet Muvaffak Menemencioğlu (1884 Istanbul-1975 Istanbul) was one of the founders of Fenerbahce SK in 1907.
He was also the chairman (1928-1932) of Fenerbahce SK and during the same period, on his presidency of Turkish Football Federation between 1926-1931.
He is the brother of Numan Menemencioglu who was Foreign Minister (1942-1944) of Turkey in in the Cabinet of Prime Minister Sukru Saracoglu.
